Hi

Is it possible to add an option for on hold to the approve/reject options like below please

Or can someone please assist with building a workflow for the following please

  1. PL team load invoice to sharepoint and fill in relevant columns
  2. Invoice gets assigned to 2 members of staff
  3. 1 reviews and sends notification to the approver
  4. approver, approves invoice or places on hold
  5. We get notifications
