I am receiving this error since I travelled to India when I try to use the OWA Client for my Microsoft 365 Home subscription. I am able to access OneDrive and other O365 Services and also my Outlook client on Android seems to be working. Only my Outlook Client on my Desktop and OWA are not. I checked my account and subscription and it is current and the next billing is in 4 months. Below is the error message:

    Hello Soumitra,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We understand that you are trying to connect to access OneDrive while travelling. As the error suggest that you are trying to connect to a business or organization account. We would like to ask for few details:

You may try to connect to a different network or use different browser in accessing the site. However, access to those files on OneDrive would require the correct account to be signed in.

For Microsoft 365 Home subscription related Office apps and services, you may use the OneDrive Personal, while OWA and OneDrive for Business/SharePoint requires Organization account and access.

We look forward to your response.

If you have other clarifications about this matter, you can get back to us by replying to this post.

    Sincerely,

    Kathy A.
