Error code: TOKEN_NOT_FOUND

hello, this is my dad's laptop and it has a home and student 2019 Microsoft office. the product key cannot be used by us. it tells us the Error code: TOKEN_NOT_FOUND and when we try to activate it on word, the product key cannot be recognized. the product key is licensed so please fix this problem.

    Hi Elmerrada,

    We understand that you are not able to activate Office Home & Student 2019.

    Could you share a screenshot of the error?

    The key is specific to the version it would appear you are using the key in a differet version, maybe the pre-installed O365 Family trial version?

    That being so you need to uninstall vai add remove then instal your version via the MS Account is is associated with
