    Hi Hessah,

Thanks for writing us here in Microsoft Community.

I know how important it is for you to increase your number of respondents for your Microsoft Forms survey. I learn that you already have Microsoft 365 subscription, yet you still have a maximum of 200 respondents. I'm here to help you. Let's discuss this further.

I would like to ask you the following.

    1. May I know what eligible Microsoft 365 subscription you are subscribed to?
    2. Have you tried to check on a different browser to check if the issue persists?
    3. Have you waited for like 2 hours or within 24 hours to see if the MS Form benefit would reflect on the account?
    4. Does the issue happen only to a specific form or not? Have you tried to recreate the form to see if it will update the number of respondents?

Based on this article, Form, question, response, and character limits in Microsoft Forms, the number of responses a form/quiz can receive is up to 200 for free accounts up to 1,000 for paid accounts for Microsoft personal account (Hotmail, Live, or Outlook.com). If you are not seeing the 1000 respondents available, you may wait. for 2 hours or within 24 to 48 hours to check if it number of respondednts will increase.

You can also try to do the following basic troubleshooting steps in your end.

    1. Check account. Make sure you are signed in to the right Microsoft account that is subscribed to the Microsoft 365 subscription (either Personal or Family).
    2. Try on a different device or browser. Consider testing on a different device or browser to check if the issue persists. You may want to clear your browser cache and cookies by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete to make sure caches are updated on your browser. You can also try accessing form in InPrivate or Incognito browser by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N. Also, check on a different device to further isolate the issue.
    3. Recreate your Form. You can try to recreate your survey form to check if that will automatically update the number of respondents now.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support. If the issue still persists, you may consider contacting Microsoft Live Support directly soi they can check the status for your subscription and the account using their advance tools. They should be able to guide you further.

    Here's how to contact them.

    1. Open this link Contact Us - Microsoft Support.
    2. It will ask you to sign in to the personal account that your Microsoft 365 subscription is associated with
    3. Once you've logged in to your account. It will ask you to choose a product.
    4. Choose "Office".
    5. Then select "Get Home Service"
    6. You need to provide the problem you have or you can write there, "Issues with Microsoft Forms' number of respondents on paid accounts"
    7. At the bottom of the page. Select the "Contact Support" option.
    8. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office"
    9. In the Category, you can choose Technical Support and confirm.
    10. It will ask you to choose a support option. It's up to you if you want to change the locale.
    11. Then select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser." or "Request a call back" if the option is available in your region..
    12. It will automatically direct you to live support.

Hope this would help!  Please let me know if you have any further questions or even confusion so I can address you in my next answer.

    Sincerely

    Froilance T.
