the inbox of a shared mailbox was deleted

Can you rename the new "Inbox" folder then run resetfolders? if not, consider using mfcmapi as well ( Method in that doc)
Method 1 is the easiest so start there:
Use the /resetfolders switch to restore missing folders at the default delivery location. To do this, follow these steps:
Exit Outlook.
Run Outlook.exe /resetfolders.
Run Outlook.exe /resetfoldernames.

Agree with Andy, we could first try to reset folder via those commands and MFCMapi tool to check.
If this is invalid, as mentioned in the document shared by Andy, we could change the folder language through OWA or using the Set-MailboxRegionalConfiguration cmdlet, which could control how the folder is displayed in the mailbox, so it’s also recommended to run this cmdlet to change the language for your shared mailbox and reset it to check if the issue has any difference after that. For more information, please refer to this document : Set-MailboxRegionalConfiguration.
