Reset Microsoft developer account password

Good morning.

I need some help please.

I am unable to access my developer account and can't remember the password.

I changed phones about 6 months ago and apparently had an authenticator on the account which I didn't move over. I don't have any other authentication methods. This means I can't reset the password.

I tried calling customer support but they sent me a link to the admin centre and cut me off without letting me speak to anyone.

I've tried using the account recovery page but it doesn't recognise my developer login.

I've tried following the instructions here but it's a microsoft.com account.

Does anyone have any other suggestions please?

    Hi.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    I tried this but it didn't have any of the options I needed :(

    Tried calling Microsoft again but only a global admin can call them.

    Tried account recovery but my developer account is not recognised.

    They really don't make this easy!
