Using conditional formatting to create a fillable form

Hello,

I am creating a peer review sheet for my department, and I would like to use conditional formatting to draw the user's attention to empty fields that should be filled out, by highlighting in the empty cells with yellow.

This was easy to do with the Review Identification fields (formatting for blank cells):

But not with a List of Reviewers:

My goal: When a user enters text into Cell B6, I would like the form to highlight yellow Cells C6 through G6. Then, after the user enters text into the conditionally formatted cells, the conditional formatting stops -- that is, the yellow highlighting goes away.

Thank you in advance.

    Select C6:G17.

C6 should be the active cell in the selection.

On the Home tab of the ribbon, click Conditional Formatting > New Rule...
Select 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'.
    Enter the formula

    =AND($B6<>"", C6="")

    Click Format...
    Activate the Fill tab.
    Select yellow as highlight color.
Click OK, then click OK again.
