Monthly subscription

Question

After 12 months of payment have completed. will the software be on my device permanently or will i still have access to it on website? Will the payments stop after 12 months?

Hi Sierra,

Say, if you have the monthly subscription for Microsoft 365 Personal. Then, there will be a debit every month on the renewal data on the payment option that you provided for the initial charge, but it won't stop automatically after 12 months. You will have to turn off recurring billing or cancel the subscription after 12 charges. To do that:

• Go to --> https://account.microsoft.com/services/
• Login with your Microsoft account details
• Click on 'Manage' next to the subscription

Now you will see options to either turn off recurring billing or cancel.
