Problem with an onmicrosoft.com domain

Question

I need to cancel a Microsoft Teams Essentials subscription that I set up in error, however I am unable to access the account as Microsoft doesn't recognise my email address. This was don I think through and onmicrosoft.com domain, which I also need to cancel as I already have a business domain that I use for Microsoft 365 (which includes Teams)

Thank you! I have tried to follow the link to raise a ticket and I get an error message to say that my business is not on the system. Yet I am getting invoices to the email address that MS claims is not on the system, and the money comes off my debit card.

I will try to call tomorrow and speak to somebody.
