- testing on a second computer (other environment)
- testing in Chrome's InPrivate mode (Cookie handling etc.)

Dear MS support,
I'm currently testing free license associated with Office 365 (Microsoft 365 apps on the web) and I came across following problem.
I have OneNote with several Notebooks. I use Chrome browser (up to date Version 120.0.6099.109 / 64 bit).
I installed OneNote Web Clipper 3.9.3, logged in with mentioned account and I'm trying to clip anything.
First problem is following. When I open drop down menu associated with "Location", no entries are displayed and I see "You don't have any notebooks yet ...".
Secondly, pressing "clip" button will display "Clipping Article" for a moment and throws out following error:
"Something went wrong. Please try clipping the page again."
Usid: 42428e85-2df9-35f4-d259-71ed43d43d48
No matter what webpage, what action I want to take (Full Page / Region / Article / Bookmark) and how many times I try, I get the same result.
The same scenario applies if I install OneNote Web Clipper under Edge browser.
I have ability to test above scenario on my several other machines and outcome is always the same.
Basing on above my impression is that either OneNote Web Clipper does not work with "MS 365 on the web" or there is something wrong on on my MS account.
Can you please advise?
Thanks in advance for your assistance on above matter.
Regards
Artur

Thanks. I already ruled out account & firewall problem. It's the same account on OneNote and Web clipper (Names of account are displayed), no firewall and antivirus, verified on different systems (Linux, Windows) and browsers (Edge, Chrome).
I even connected my endpoint to cellular hotspot to bypass my wifi router. Unfortunately, outcome is always the same.

Then the mentioned message "You don't have any notebooks yet ..." insinuates you either use the wrong account or your firewall blocks some Microsoft URLs. Web Clipper is completely dependend on server access.
Or it's just a bug ....
Bernd
This is correct. My notebooks are stored on OneDrive and also visible on Web OneNote.

Artur
Are your notebooks stored on OneDrive ?
