Hi,

Recently I found my wife's excel worksheet can't use paste function. I tried many things on the internet like, pressing CTRL to many times, using safe mode, sorting the add-in. The document used to be fine. All the others document is fine also. Only this one file can't use paste function, either just paste or special paste. The last thing I tried if the document/sheet is protected but it isn't.

Now my wife's work is slowing down because of this, and my head is about to explode searching for answer.

We are using Office 2013 in windows 64 bit.

Please help.

    Hello,

That sounds frustrating. I'm not sure why that is happening. Does the paste function work if you use Excel online? Also, have you tried opening up that file on a different computer. Another idea is to copy the contents of that spreadsheet and paste it onto another spreadsheet and work from that file instead. Try it out and I hope you find a solution.

It's fine with Excel online and another computer. But your idea for copying to another spreadsheet is very wonderful. What a stupid me for not thinking in that way. Thanks a lot for your help.
