Ctrl+A is not working after update

Good day dear Microsoft Team,

Few days ago I updated MS from 2019 to 2021. Now Ctrl+A function is not working. Gonna note that I'm talking about selecting all symbols in a CELL. Not just select all sheet or table. I could select all letters and number by Ctrl+a in a particular cell now after update Ctrl+a is working only for an entire sheet. How do I fix this issue?
