Hello,

I am curious to know if there is a way to add or insert a row between existing ones on Microsoft List. I'm searching online and can't find a resource.

Thank you.

    Dear Francis Posadas,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft forum.

We understand you would like to insert a new row between two rows in SharePoint list. Currently, there is no setting/feature that can allow inserting rows in between or move a row up/down in SharePoint.

There is a workaround that you can consider if it fits your requirement, you can create views based on the available columns and if you don't have a column that fits naturally with the ranking you want, you'll need to create it.

Further, personally, I completely agree with you, this is indeed a good addition to the current features of SharePoint. Thank you for bringing thing to our attention. We request you consider sending your feedback to SharePoint Feedback Portalwhere other customers have requested the same feature, you can add your comments and vote for this feature to let the related team know about your requirement. This is the best platform to let related team hear from you and make the products and services better for you and others.

Thank you for you precious time and cooperation.

    Have a nice day!

    Best regards,
