failover cluster manager with file sharing role , Network and sharing center cannot be open

Hello,

I have two windows 2016 server running failover cluster manager with file sharing roles. These days both servers cannot access Network and sharing center, it open no response I need to close forcely. Any suggestions can give to me

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting on the Q&A forum. As per my understanding, you cannot open the Network and Sharing Center in Control Panel. Please correct me if there's any misunderstanding. To attempt to fix the issue, please help to confirm some questions below:

    1.Have you tried to reboot the cluster nodes?

    2.Could you open by running the command control.exe /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter?

    Else you could run sfc /scannow to check system files.
    Also you could run regsvr32 netcenter.dll to register the module and then reboot.

    Thank your reply, I am using Windows 2016 server , both servers cannot open the Network and Sharing Center in Control Panel. I have already tried to reboot servers, but it do not work, control.exe /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter command no any display.

    I find a solution, restart Network location awaress service can help me.
