Hello Kaitlyn,
Thank you for reaching out to this forum. As a fellow Microsoft user, I'm here and ready to help you out today. I understand your concern as there are unrecognized charges on your account. Apologies for inconvenience.
Have you registered for any of the Office 365 subscription recently? Please note that if you have a recurring payment, the charge would have been credited for renewal process. Kindly login into your Microsoft account and verify the ongoing subscriptions. If you have registered anything which is not required or used, you may cancel and request for refund.

If it's any other subscription, please follow below details,
- Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription. https://account.microsoft.com/services/?ref=SMC-Cancel
- Find your subscription and select Manage.
- On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
- Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation
If you cancel within 30 days of signing up for the subscription, your refund should arrive within three to five days. It can take a while to refund an active Office 365 subscription. You can expect Microsoft to return your funds around six to eight weeks after you've submitted your request.
