Sync issue with Word document and Cloud link

Sync issue - states not syncing between computer and cloud because named document is open by another programme and needs to be closed. But document is not open anywhere and in fact has been closed and then deleted yet still same message and no syncing of computer with cloud.

    I am Shakiru, an independent advisor and a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today.

    Have you tried to unlink the computer from the OneDrive and then sign in to link it back? Right-click the OneDrive Icon on your taskbar> Click Settings> Settings> Click on Unlink the PC > Restart the PC and then sign in to link it again.
