Background change colour

My OneNote page whole thing is black and i want to turn it back to white as default, its very hard for me to read text and stuff when page is black i want to use different colors but little contrast so hope you can give me guide to change it thanks

    May I know if you are using the standalone OneNote application or the OneNote that came with other Office applications? If you are using the desktop version of OneNote, you can follow the steps below:

    "1. Click File > Options. 2. In the OneNote Options dialog box, click the General tab. 3. From the Office Themes drop-down, select While."
