i have one exchange 2016 Server and one exchange database.
My database shows Suspended and Failed.
I have tried:
Stop the following services:
Microsoft Exchange Search Host Controller
Microsoft Exchange Search
Navigate to the location of the content index for the database. This will be the same folder that the database file is located in.
The content index is stored in a folder named for the GUID of the database.
Delete the folder.
Then start the search services again.
I do not have copies to reseed
it appears there is no passive copies
Anything i should try next

These are the proper steps to rebuild the index for a database.
If you run this command in EMS, what is the current status of ContentIndexState?Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatusIf it shows as Crawling, you may need to wait as it may take some time to rebuild the index.
