    Hello Cornelius,

Thank you for coming to the forum. My name is Fuad.

This is a user forum, and I am a user like you, this is not Microsoft directly.

Do you mean, you are worried that your Microsoft Office is logged in on another device?

If that is the case, I will give you steps below. If I am wrong, please can you kindly tell me what exactly you want to do with more details.

To disconnect all devices from your Office Account.

    1. Change your password
    2. Sign out all signed in devices (this takes 24 hours to take effect)
    3. Enable/Confirm your two-factor authentication, to be sure nothing is added there that is not from you.

I strongly advise you consider changing your password to a complex alphanumeric one.

To change password, click and sign in here: https://account.live.com/password/Change?&refd=account.microsoft.com&refp=security

    Or

“I pulled the following steps from: https://support.microsoft.com/help/fdde885b-86da-2965-69fd-4871309ef1f1 “To change password, go to account.microsoft.com (sign in) > Click on Security > click Change Password””

Then you can go one step further to sign out all signed-in sessions so that anywhere you are signed in it will now ask for a password: Go to account.microsoft.com > Click on Security > Advanced Security Options Scroll down to Sign Me Out > Click on Sign me out

You will need to sign in again on all your devices.

Then this is very important to do, enable two-factory authentication, if it is already enabled, then confirm the details there are current and up-to-date. Also, add more than one way to verify your login, add email, text and the authentication app. So that if one way fails, you can always use another.

“I pulled the following steps from: https://support.office.com/article/c7910146-672f-01e9-50a0-93b4585e7eb4 “To enable it/confirm, just follow this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=529561 .

    1. Under Additional security and Two-step verification choose Turn on or Turn off.
    2. Follow the prompts ””

Thank you, and I await your kind reply.

    Best Regards Fuad
