From your limited information, I am unable to narrow down the your requirement can you provide the bellow information?
- You mentioned that your OneDrive client has been stuck in sync for days. May I know if it shows any error code or message? Also, please provide a screenshot of the issue.
- Also, try below basic troubleshooting step and please let us know what is the result.
- Unlink OneDrive: Click OneDrive icon from taskbar notification area >> settings >> unlink this PC.

- Close OneDrive App.
- Clear File cache and account cache:
File cache: C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache
Account cache: Control Panel\User Accounts\Credential Manager, please remove all "OneDrive" related and "Office" related accounts. -
- Reset OneDrive sync App following steps in Reset OneDrive
- Restart OneDrive and check if issue can be resolved.
