- Does the problem happens with the specific Excel workbook or all Excel workbooks in the SharePoint Online?
- Do other users who are having access to the SharePoint Online where the files are uploaded are having same issue when opening the files in the Excel application?
- Do you encounter the same behavior with other Office files?
- Are you trying to open the files directly from the SharePoint Online Document Library or synced folder of Document Library via double-click?
