I cannot log into powerpoint on my laptop, it asks me to verify by using authentication app or a mobile device. To start, the mobile device, i do not have a mobile device connected to my account as it is a school account. Secondly the app, I downloaded the app and to sign into the app i need to verify using the same app? How is that supposed to work? I dint know what to do and i have an assignment due tomorrow which is very important. Sorry fir the spelling mistakes im crying and cannot be dealing with this.
