List items not loading Microsoft SharePoint List

Good day,

I am unable to view any items in a sharepoint list after hitting "edit in grid view". A small square comes up and nothing else. When I click on each list item, nothing loads. I have the same permissions and view settings as all the members in the group and they can edit in grid view fine.

Thank you so much for your reply.

• When we switched browsers, the list also failed to load.
• When I logged into my working account into my colleague's laptop - I was able to edit the list and had full functionality.

It is only my colleague's list in her own laptop where she is unable to edit the list as no items are loading.

I did not encounter the same situation in my tests, so I would like to confirm the following information:

• Do you still experience this phenomenon if you switch a browser?
• If you try to log into your account on your colleague's device, can you see the items in Lists?
