Excel Survey No Longer Functioning

We utilize the survey function within Excel in 365 for a lot of data collection. As of this morning, all of our survey links bring the users to a blank white screen and the surveys cannot be completed. The issue persists even when creating a new Excel document and insert a survey into it.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

    When accessing the survey from within the spreadsheet 'Insert > Survey > View Survey' it displays properly.

    But when a link to that survey is shared, as of yesterday, nothing appears for the end user.

    It could be temporary bug on Excel Survey.

    Could you share us some screenshot of your issue?
