Hi,

My debit order did not go off on the 1st of December, however by the 3rd I had made a payment, only to have an additional payment taken off on the 16 of December, therefore payment was made twice in December. Microsoft is now trying to debit me again and I am unable to find any assistance with this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

regards
