Sorry for the inconvenience. First, you need to investigate this charge from your Microsoft billing history by signing into https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.
If you find this double charge, you need to contact Microsoft billing support to assist you investigate this double charge and to get a refund using the steps below:
- Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat
- Describe your issue (Double charge for Microsoft 365 subscription) and click 'Get Help'. Then scroll down to select Contact support.
- Select your product (Microsoft 365 and Office) and category (manage my subscription) > click Confirm.
- Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.
- Click Start Chat.
