Hello,
I've been having issues receiving external emails for some reason. People have been sending me emails, shows as sent on their end however, I haven't received them. Issue has started on Friday, December 1. It's not a storage problem since this is a new email account so that wouldn't make sense. I've tried to have different people reach out to me (via email) just to confirm, as well as I tried to email myself by using a personal account and it sends the message yet I received a message back which stated the following:
"Delivery Status Notificaition (Failure)
Message blocked
Your message to michelle.guzman@vistecpartnerscom has been blocked. See technical details below for more information".
Under that message above it states:
"The response from the remote server was:
554 5.7.1 <******@vistecpartners.com>: recipient address rejected: Access denied".
I tried speaking to Live Support and they referred me to email instead. Is there anyway someone could assist to correct this issue at their earliest convenience.
