In our sandbox environment, I have created a Word document template to provide a quote to our clients from the lead table.

The following message appears when I go to produce the document

Error merging template. One or more errors occurred. (Bad Request

One or more errors occurred.) (Bad Request

"An error occured whilst retrieving the workspace for the entity: lead with id: 8712***********ac3ab")

Has anyone experienced this before?

To correct place for handling the Microsoft Dynamics 365 related issues, there’s a specific channel for such questions. to avoid sharing any incorrect information from our side, I requested you ask the question in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 forum for a better help.

The reason I ask you to post a new thread is that in Answers forum, we have limited resources and very little knowledge about Form in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and in Microsoft Dynamics 365 forum, you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction.
