Error linking to Stream Video from MS Forms

Question

Using O365 account through my organization, I created an MS Forms questionnaire that links to a video on Stream However, despite using a Stream link set to "Any one in my organization with the link", a permissions error is displayed. I am wondering if the request from MS Forms to play the video is being considered an external request and is therefore blocked by my organization. Is there a domain URL that I can provide to our IT team to have it white listed?

Users provided the same link via a company email or posted on the company intranet site have no issues launching the video located in Stream. Occurs only when attempting to launch the video from an MS Forms Questionnaire.

Based on your description, when users try to open the Stream video in MS Forms, an error pops up. I tested it on my side with different accounts, the result was the same as yours.

Since we can reproduce the same situation as yours, and we haven't received any report about it so far, the best way to troubleshoot the issue is to report the issue to the related Team. So we suggest you contact the administrators in your organizations and open a support ticket in the Office 365 admin center via the steps in the article for further help. The engineers in related team have higher permission and more resource than us to help check it from background and collect the log remotely.
