- Click on the Text Box Border: To delete a text box, ensure you click on the border of the text box itself, not inside it. Clicking inside the text box will only delete the text content, not the entire box.
- Use the Delete Key: Once you’ve selected the text box by clicking its border, press the Delete key on your keyboard. This should remove the entire text box.
- Right-Click and Choose “Cut”: If the Delete key doesn’t work, you can also right-click on the text box and select “Cut” from the context menu. This action will remove the text box from your document.
