Access Database Export - Fixed Width Specs Fields change after exporting, also will not let me save a new Specs

Hi There, I am a newer user to Access. I have been trained enough to upload an excel file and then export it to a text file using the Fixed Width format where the specs were preset by the previous admin in my position. However, I have recently ran into an issue where after I export one file it completely changes the Field Information. With that, I am also trying to create a brand new export specifics and it will let me create it and save it. But as soon as I close Access and try to use that export spec the Field Information parameters change like it does with my pre-made one. Any helps or guidance is very greatly appreciated! Please ask questions as I am not sure if I even gave enough info to explain the problem. I tried to upload some screen shots to help but I am not sure if those works. Cheers,

Do you process this file manually, or by using a Function or sub in VBA?
