Conditional format data in row, then copy down

I have a table of data and used a pivot table to summarize. I can set up conditional formatting for the first row. But, how can I copy down the conditional formatting for subsequent rows (each of which is a seperate set of data to evaluate)

thank you

Try this one. When any cell is less than 10% of average current row.

Select the range of povit table.

=C9<AVERAGE(C9:I9)*10%

Could you share a screenshot of your povit table and expected result?

just looking for easiest way to set up condition for a row (in pivot table) and copy the same condition rules to each subsequent 500 rows - each of which has it's own independent set of values.

any suggestions of best ways to do this is appreciated

Could you share us a test workbook?

For sharing a sample workbook, upload to OneDrive or any other cloud drives. Then post a link here.

If you want to apply conditonal formatting based on row by row. You may double click format painter and then select the row by row you want to apply the coditional formtting.

Another way is to write a macro to do such action automaticlly.
