Hi,

My one drive account on my phone has not been syncing from my camera roll for some time now and I'm not sure how to fix it.

It used to sync all my camera roll photos and files directly from my wifi and now my phone storage is full.

I've tried to follow instructions and videos but cannot seem to resolve the issue.

    Hello,

I'm not entirely sure why that is happening, but here are a few things you could try:

    1. Check OneDrive Settings: Make sure that the camera upload feature is still enabled in your OneDrive settings. Open the OneDrive app on your phone, go to settings, and look for the camera upload option. Ensure it's turned on.
    2. Check Storage Space: Verify that you have enough storage space available on both your phone and your OneDrive account. If either storage is full, syncing may not occur. You may need to free up space on your phone or upgrade your OneDrive storage plan.
    3. Update OneDrive App: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the OneDrive app. Sometimes, outdated versions can cause syncing issues.
    4. Reinstall OneDrive App: If none of the above steps work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the OneDrive app on your phone. This can sometimes resolve underlying issues with the app.

Try these out and let me know if it worked.

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks for the info.

    Hasn't fixed my problem unfortunately.

It's seems as though my Microsoft cloud storage can't get my OneDrive info and I don't have the option to change this. I think it's an issue of linking my Samsung to Microsoft accounts. Weird as it was working fine in the past.

    Regards,

    Zoran
