I have an amortization schedule set up for a customer. She wants to pay extra per month and apply that extra to her principle. I do not think the formula in the schedule is counting the extra payment to her principle only. How do I do that ? thanks Jeff

Joeu2004,
Thank you for your help.
The link to the real schedule is below.
The extra principal payments begin on line 135 (10-7-2021) and continues through the rest of the schedule.
There most likely will not be a balloon payment at the end. Just remaining balance due (Interest and principal).
Please let me know if you can use the link.
Thanks
Jeffrey
