Help with Excel spreadsheet error message please:

Why am I suddenly getting this error message while working in my Excel spreadsheet, and what can I do to fix it? "Excel ran out of resources while attempting to calculate one or more formulas. As a result, these formulas cannot be evaluated."

    It doesn't matter what column I'm in on a spreadsheet, any time I am entering information and not even using a formula or calculation, I am getting this error message, on every Excel spreadsheet I am working in:

    This just started, and I can't figure out why or how to correct it. I appreciate your help!
