Microsoft services not loading on web browsers

Hi there,

We have a Microsoft E3 plan for our users, along with an Azure AD tenant/Entra Tenant. Over the last week the microsoft services we use have been very slow, outlook, admin and parts of azure do not want to load. This is across all our users. Sometimes services will not fully load elements from the page like logos, icons and some buttons will not work. I'm trying to upload images onto this post but every image I post it keeps saying failed to upload. It just seems that none of the services are working and I have no idea why, or they will partially work, or just constantly load. We did have a problem with our billing but that has been resolved and all our licenses have been restored. So I don't know what could be causing this issue.

Any help would be great

Thanks

    Dear mj78CA,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you

I want to confirm if this phenomenon occurs in multiple browsers?

If this phenomenon occurs in multiple browsers, and you mention that multiple users in your organization are experiencing this problem.

Since this phenomenon is mainly caused by the slow loading of the application service on the web side, there may be a problem on the server side. And if you confirm that the browser is not causing this phenomenon, we recommend you can raise a service request in Microsoft 365 admin center, which the support there has the related permission and resource to help you check from the backend. They can assist you with such issues regarding the tenant server side.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
