On MS defender on my iPhone AND my iPad it appears that i have notifications. When i try to check them, I see this message: “Something went wrong. We can't show you alerts and history for this device or notify you about threats on other devices.” My wife has no issues and will show info from my phone. Any idea as to why and/or how to fix it?

    Hello,

Ensure that the Microsoft Defender app is up to date on both devices. App updates can often fix bugs and improve performance. Also, check if your iOS/iPadOS is up to date. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.

Log out of your Microsoft account within the Defender app and then log back in. This can help refresh your account's state and permissions. To log out, navigate to the account or settings section within the Defender app, select your account, and look for a sign-out option.

If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft Defender on both devices. This can resolve issues caused by corrupted app data or installation errors.

If your devices are managed under a family account or corporate management, check the device management settings through the Microsoft account online. There might be restrictions or settings that need adjustment.

    Hope this helps!

    Warm Regards, Ozi
