You may paste selected lines to a new location. Then copy the continuous lines and insert it at once.

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a formula where I am able to select multiple lines in Excel and copy and paste insert cells all at once. For example. I need to make two copies of a line lets say line 21 then need to do that again for about 40 more different lines. Basically instead of going through and copy and pasting then pressing insert copy cells for each line, is there a way to select all the lines at once and then do this in one go? Please let me know!
Best,
S
