Set the scaling to anything apart from "No scaling". You can set to "Fit sheet..." or any other option.

The error "Sorry, we can't print this because the workbook is too big.<br/> Try to print a single sheet at a time, or printing only a selected area. Otherwise, you'll need to print this in the desktop app.<br/>" comes up anytime anyone from my organization tries to print from an Excel spreadsheet online. The settings for printing are set to "Active Sheet" and the scale percentage is set to 78%. I have tried selecting the print area and choosing "Current selection" with no luck. This just started happening yesterday.
