Hello,

We required uptime report of our Azure services (Like, Azure Active Directory, Intune, WebApp etc. ). Please suggest how to get Service wise, month wise and locations wise uptime report? So, we can measure our Azure service SLA. Kindly suggest.

Thanks

@Rocky Mondal Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thank you for your query.

My sincere apologies for delay in getting to this thread.

Regarding your query of having a report for uptime of Azure services. To my understanding we don't have that kind of report available, we do our best to meet the SLA's documented for each of Azure services . However in case of any service not meeting the SLA there is service credit based on monthly uptime percentage, you can find the details on the SLA documentation shared earlier.

To get the latest Azure service health, please review here, you can also get the availability status of a specific Azure resource by querying the REST API of resource health.

For historic Azure status , please review here.

I completely understand that you are looking for more out of box reports, unfortunately to best of my knowledge that is not available at this time. I will also check with some of our internal contacts and see if this can be provided by our support team in case if customer makes a official request via support. Will keep you updated as I learn more information on it. Thank you
