Hello Walter F! I'm Gunasekar and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

Sometimes it may seem that Microsoft has charged you twice or taken triple payments.

If your initial payment failed due to insufficient funds, Microsoft would retry the charge until successful. This might lead to three close charges, one for the missed payment and one for the current cycle. (or) Selecting "Back" during the purchase process might lead to unintended duplicate purchases.

    *Review your order history -

If you see that you have been charged three times for a single subscription and would like to get a refund, contact the Microsoft Customer support directly using the link below.

    http://support.office.com/home/chat

    1. Type "Get a refund" and click Get Help.
    2. Click Login and Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
    3. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    4. Select Microsoft 365 and Office options in Products and services.
    5. Under Categories, select Manage subscriptions.
    6. Click "Chat with Support Agent".

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
