Office 365 Audit log retain for one year

Question

By default, Office 365 Audit Log will keep the log for 90 days. The requirement is to keep the audit log for one year. There is a power shell command for this. please advise.

That depends on the type of license you have. If you have a qualifying license, you can use audit log retention policies as detailed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/audit-log-retention-policies?view=o365-worldwide
