Hi Julie,
Thank you for writing to us here in the Microsoft community.
I just want to let you know that Microsoft Loop is still beta there are still some functions that have issue, missing or misbehave. According to the Microsoft Learn documentation, when you share a Loop workspace, the user is added to the workspace roster and has access to all the pages in that workspace. All workspace roster members have access and “editing” permissions to all the Loop pages in that workspace.
If you’re unable to find any of the users from your team when sharing a workspace, it’s possible that they haven’t been added to the workspace roster yet. You can add users to the workspace roster by following these steps:
- Open the Loop workspace that you want to share.
- Click on the “Share” button in the top right corner of the screen.
- In the “Invite people” section, enter the email addresses of the users you want to add to the workspace roster.
- Click “Add” to add the users to the workspace roster.
Regarding the issue of sharing rights expiring, it’s possible that the sharing link you’re using has an expiration date set. When sharing a page, you can choose to grant the user “edit” or “read only” access. If you choose to grant “edit” access, you can also set an expiration date for the sharing link.
If you’re still having trouble sharing your Loop workspace with your team. I would highly suggest to submit a feedback using feedback hub. Here is the link where you can submit it: Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app - Microsoft Support.
I hope you find this information helpful.
Regards,
Michael Jr
