Can't install Microsoft 365 Personal. Error code: 30033-2016 (0)

    The problem was username with national letters "Jūratė".

    Created new user without special characters "Jurate" and it worked.

    Hope that will save your time.

    Tried that already several days ago.

    Bur did that again and I have got the same 30033-2016 (0) error on Step 4, when trying to download installation,

    with configuration.xml file:

    <Configuration>

    <Add OfficeClientEdition="32" Channel="Current">

    </Product>

    </Add>

    </Configuration>

    and with:

    <Configuration>

    </Product>

    </Add>

    </Configuration>

    and with:

    <Configuration>

    <Add OfficeClientEdition="64" Channel="Current">

    <Product ID="O365BusinessRetail">

    </Product>

    </Add>

    </Configuration>

    and with:

    <Configuration>

    No luck.
