my client have bought Microsoft 365 Personal 1 year subscription, but when installing apps always get an error: 30033-2016 (0)
Already tried everything that suggested in:

The problem was username with national letters "Jūratė".
Created new user without special characters "Jurate" and it worked.
Hope that will save your time.

Bur did that again and I have got the same 30033-2016 (0) error on Step 4, when trying to download installation,
