I cancelled my subscription and my account shows a credit, but they put it through as a debit on my Visa. How can this get fixed please.

    Hello Shawn,

    My name is Jackson and thank you for your question.

    I sincerely apologize for the unknown charge you experienced in your account, I am a user myself and understand how frustrating this is.

    When you see unexpected charges from Microsoft in a statement from your bank, credit card, or any other payment provider, Here are the most likely causes for an unrecognized charge;

    1. A Microsoft subscription has recurring billing enabled,
    2. Someone you know, such as a family member, bought something with your card,
    3. msbill.info doesn't look like Microsoft,
    4. Someone made an in-app purchase from an app, game, or office.

    You have the option to dispute the charge with your bank on the ground that it was unauthorized and have a charge back processed or you can reach Microsoft store support with the link below to investigate and help with a refund if eligible
