How can I prevent this error ''invalid pearson vue browser lock startup options error'' when I do Secure Test for my exam?

My Az-204 exam was scheduled for Jan 15th 2024 7:30 IST I tried multiple times to run system test and star my exam every time I am getting this error while I already full fill all the guidelines and system checks at my end kindly resolve this and reschedule my Az-204 Exam.
