Power query - "malformed web response" error

On trying to refresh data connections in Power Query, I'm getting an error I've not seen before.

Error message states:

[DataFormat.Error] We received a malformed web response from ....................... .xlsx.

I am getting this error on every query I set up across all of my documents, which are linked to various different sources (Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, in different folders and channels).

Additionally, my colleague was able to open the documents and refresh the queries for me with no errors at all. So I can only assume this is related to my laptop/network setting rather than the queries falling down.

Please help?

    Hi,

    Thank you, yes I believe that was the case because my colleague was able to run from their account. I have cleared global permissions, and re-entered my credentials - this seems to have solved the problem.

    I've actually tried several times, but it keeps saying upload failed. The error does state exactly as I've quotesd in the text.

    It seems temporary network issue, Server side or computer side.
