Hi,

I prefer to have comments shown as Contextual, but Word keeps automatically swicthing to List.

Is there a way to make Contextual the default (or another way to fix this)?

Thanks

    Hello Helle Keinicke,

May I know if you want to have comments shown as below?

If yes, you may check if you have your track changes settings set to use balloons for comments.

Go to Review tab > Tracking group > Show Markup > Balloons > select "Show revisions in Balloons".

    .
