I opened my email Feb 5/24 to get my product key to install Microsoft Office Bundle.. The key says it's already been used as of Feb 1/24. The email is not one of mine, I don't have a hotmail account. What do I do?

I have this same issue and I don't recognize the email that "redeemed" it. It seems it was stolen. I bought the key through the MS friends and family discount platform. It came from the Microsoft site.
I purchased from Best Buy. My aunt used the code but it's me to establish her on my family plan. I want to be primary admin.

If you just purchased it and you are attempting to redeem it for the firsst time, I will sugest you contact the retailer you purchased from to inform them of this error.

I purchased a Mac Office Suite 2016 from Flixeasy after checking to make sure they were truly a Microsoft 3rd party reseller. I received thank you and order verification emails from Flixeasy. Then received an email from the Flexeasy Service Department with the product key and instructions for downloading the software. I was redirected to the Microsoft setup site, logged into my Microsoft account and was asked to enter the product code. I entered the code sent by Flixeasy and got back information from Microsoft saying that product key had already been used 10 days earlier by an email account that WAS NOT MINE!
I highly recommend that you NOT use Flixeasy, based in London if you can believe their webpage.
