I am facing issue in creating microsoft developer account

Question

I am trying to create microsoft 365 developer account but i am not able to proceed.

I am getting following error:

"We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number did not pass security checks.
MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-ed49-428c-9be6-b6a4aa002804

Code: 40301"

I tried with different mobile numbers, but its still same issue.

I tried with other email accounts also. It gives me same error each time.

We do understand you query and as you stuck at authorization for Developer tenant of Microsoft Office 365, it is suggested to contact technical support team by phone support, so they can check status and provide you require details. Since we are belongs from community team, we don't have such resources to check any Tenant's status. To contact them, please check Global Customer Service phone numbers and Find phone support by country. They can check whether your number is blocked in the system and help to whitelist it.
