HI,

I got this list that i sort. it has two columns, one column is names and on coulmn is numbers, and when the number in negative, the corresponding name turns red (together with the number that also turns red). This works when it is in a regular condition, but with SORT function it doesn't work that way, since the the info is changing. How can I make it happen?

thanks!

I made a workbook, it has four columns. A and B have conditional formatting (B is numbers and if they are negative then they turn red, and A has condition that say that if B1 is negative then A1 will be red), and then there is sort function, where the numbers column is conditioned same as column A, and the names column is the required column to be conditioned.

Could you share us a test workbook? Then I will have a try on it.

For sharing a sample workbook, upload to OneDrive or any other cloud drives. Then post a link here.
